Build an uneven date sheet
Arrange dates cut-side down on baking paper, overlap slightly and press into a rough rectangle with natural gaps at the edge.

Chewy Medjool dates, natural peanut butter, roasted peanuts and dark chocolate frozen into rough shards of proper satisfaction.

Date bark works because dates bring caramel chew without making caramel. Press them into one uneven sheet so every shard gets a different mix of fruit, peanut and chocolate.
Tick each step as you go. Built-in timers keep the important moments close.
