Rough broken date peanut chocolate bark with uneven edges
TooGut pickFlexible, practical, genuinely delicious.

Date bark works because dates bring caramel chew without making caramel. Press them into one uneven sheet so every shard gets a different mix of fruit, peanut and chocolate.

Build an uneven date sheet

Add peanut layers

Spread peanut butter in broken swirls and scatter peanuts unevenly.

Cover with dark chocolate

Melt chocolate gently and spoon over the top, leaving a few date edges exposed. Add salt.

Freeze and break

Freeze for 60 minutes, then break by hand into irregular shards. Store frozen.
