Cook tofu in a wide hot pan with half the oil for 7 minutes, turning only when deeply golden.
Remove tofu. Add remaining oil, broccoli and capsicum. Cook hard for 5 minutes.
Return tofu, pour in sauce and toss for 90 seconds until glossy and clinging.
