  • 600 ggreen cabbage, roughly shredded
  • 2 carrots, cut into rough matchsticks
  • 30 gfresh ginger, grated
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 60 mlcoconut aminos
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tspsesame oil

Cook pork in a wide hot pan for 6 minutes, breaking it into uneven craggy pieces.

Add the crunch

Add cabbage, carrot, ginger and garlic. Cook over high heat for 4 minutes.

Push mixture aside, crack in eggs and stir into loose curds before folding through.

Finish fast

Add coconut aminos and sesame oil. Toss for 1 minute and serve immediately.
