Cook bacon until crisp. Toast seeds in the same dry pan for 2 minutes, then cool both.
Whisk mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon and mustard. Season with black pepper and enough salt to make the lemon taste brighter.
Toss broccoli, spring onion and parsley with two-thirds of the dressing. Fold through bacon, seeds and avocado.
Spoon the remaining dressing over the top and reserve a little bacon and seed crunch for the final scatter.
